IRIS CHOCO® products are handcrafted, perishable, and temperature-sensitive. To maintain safety and quality standards, our refund and return policy is limited.
1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if:
- You received a wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or melted
- The product was missing from your order
- You received a spoiled or expired product
Requests must be raised within 12–24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Taste preferences
- Melted items if delivery was delayed by courier
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Failure to collect the package
- Opened or partially consumed items
- Customized or personalized chocolates
- Bulk/corporate orders (unless the error is from our side)
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
- Store credit may be offered for certain cases.
4. Replacement Conditions
- Replacement is provided only when feasible and based on product availability.
- Replacement shipping timeline may vary based on region and temperature conditions.
