Refund & Return Policy

IRIS CHOCO® products are handcrafted, perishable, and temperature-sensitive. To maintain safety and quality standards, our refund and return policy is limited.

1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or melted
  • The product was missing from your order
  • You received a spoiled or expired product

Requests must be raised within 12–24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Taste preferences
  • Melted items if delivery was delayed by courier
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Opened or partially consumed items
  • Customized or personalized chocolates
  • Bulk/corporate orders (unless the error is from our side)

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
  • Store credit may be offered for certain cases.

4. Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement is provided only when feasible and based on product availability.
  • Replacement shipping timeline may vary based on region and temperature conditions.
