- Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled (due to the perishable nature of chocolates).
5. Temperature-Sensitive Products
- Our chocolates are made using premium couverture chocolate and require careful handling.
- Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery (below 20°C).

- Any reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- IRIS CHOCO® is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper storage after delivery.
